🗓 Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 15 days.

💰 Return & Exchange Fees
A flat fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund for each return or exchange request. This covers return shipping and handling costs.
In the case of an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.
📦 Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Items must be in resellable condition with no signs of wear, damage, or pet use (e.g., chewed toys, opened shampoo, or damaged packaging).
❗ Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used pet shampoo
Damaged toys or training tools due to pet use
Personalized or custom-made items
🚚 How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact our support team at [[email protected]] with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund (minus the $8 fee) or ship your replacement.
Note: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days after processing.
